Consommable imprimante HP

Cette sélection réunit tout ce qui s’installe sur une imprimante HP, références du constructeur comme alternatives. L’entrée se fait par la machine : on part du modèle en place pour trouver le consommable, plutôt que l’inverse. Trois familles cohabitent chez HP et n’ont rien d’interchangeable : les toners des LaserJet, les cartouches des OfficeJet et DeskJet, et les cartouches à haut rendement des PageWide. Le code du consommable actuellement monté, ou la page de configuration éditée par l’appareil, tranchent sans ambiguïté — les noms commerciaux se ressemblent trop pour servir de repère. Sur les LaserJet, il faut également savoir si le tambour est intégré au toner ou séparé, car cela change la nature de la pièce à commander.

Identifier le consommable d’une HP

La référence du consommable, pas celle de la machine

Deux imprimantes au nom voisin peuvent demander des cartouches différentes. Le code relevé sur la cartouche en place est le seul point de départ fiable.

Standard, XL ou XXL

Une même référence existe souvent en plusieurs rendements. Le choix se fait sur le volume mensuel du poste : la haute capacité abaisse le coût à la page et espace les remplacements.

Origine ou alternative

L’alternative réduit la dépense courante ; l’origine sécurise le rendement annoncé et le suivi de niveau. Beaucoup de parcs panachent selon la criticité du poste, ce qui est un arbitrage défendable dès lors qu’il est assumé.

Trois familles à ne pas mélanger

Un toner LaserJet, une cartouche OfficeJet et une cartouche PageWide n’ont rien d’interchangeable, même sur des machines voisines par le nom. Identifier la famille avant la référence évite l’essentiel des erreurs.
